I really hope those are the minimum… 3 meals a day or frequent snacks between those 2 meals will keep your blood sugar steadier and you’ll feel better. 

And please, if you’re driving people home from the con, get more than 5 hours of sleep. I don’t really want to have a death grip on the “oh shit” handle the whole way.
